Graphic Design
South Florida Sign Company is a full service, custom sign company, and thus we offer in-house graphic design services to our customers.
In addition to our in-house services, we also are set up to print and produce signs designed by our customers, in-house marketing representatives from your company or outside graphic designers.
Graphic Standards:
If you are sending artwork to be printed and produced by us, kindly follow these standards to help ensure the finest quality product.
1. All artwork must have an .025 weight border around the entire piece.
2. Full bleed designs must have an 1/8" bleed all around.
3. All text and/or pictures etc. must be inset 1" from the border of the design.
4. Acceptable file formats are EPS or PDF.
5. Colors must be converted to CMYK coordinates.
6. Fonts must be converted to outlines.
7. Do not include crop marks.
8. All artwork must be sent the actual size to be printed.
9. Photos must be sent in either JPEG or TIFF file, and should be a minimum of 150 DPI in either a 4"x6", 5"x7" or 8"x10". WE CANNOT ACCEPT DRIVER'S LICENSES, PASSPORTS, BUSINESS CARDS, WALLETS PHOTOS.
10. Files may be uploaded to our FTP Site
a. Username: sfsc
b. Password: signs
10. Once uploaded, please send an email to Patty@SouthFloridaSignCompany.com
confirming the details of the order.
Please Note: These are our standards for the printing and production of the highest quality signs. Should there ever be a quality control issue, the consumer will always be notified and given the option to waive the issue if deemed unnecesary. Our standards may not be yours and we will always respect your decision to print or not print a graphic. |
